Adding on Laser from the add-on menu when booking can elevate this session to provide pain relief and comfort if your dog is presenting discomfort and pain with their arthritis. This Integrative session is designed for senior dogs with osteoarthritis and combines a comprehensive assessment of muscle mass with arthritis-specific massage, passive range of motion, body work, and soft tissue release techniques following with a conditioning session. These therapies have been studied and shown to improve mobility and functional movement in dogs with osteoarthritis. The session is for osteoarthritis targeted massage and also introduces appropriate conditioning exercises to support strength, balance, and ease of movement, helping dogs improve their ability to get up, sit, stand, and walk more comfortably despite the limitations of arthritis, stiffness, and reduced activity.
